# daycount

> Free, private, instant date & time calculators that run entirely in your browser. Age, countdowns, timezones, business days and more. No signup, no ads, no data leaves your device.

daycount is a client-side web app hosted at https://daycounts.app. Every tool is a static HTML page with JavaScript that computes results locally in the user's browser. There is no backend, no login, and no analytics beyond aggregate page views (Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics 4).

## Design principles

- All computation is client-side — no user data is ever sent to a server.
- Works offline after the first page load (static HTML/JS, no runtime dependencies).
- Timezone-aware: countdowns count to your local midnight, not UTC.
- Mobile-first design with a fixed 560px reading column.
- Fonts: Archivo (sans) and JetBrains Mono (numbers).
